Observation on the Curative Effect of Domestic Ofloxacin on Bacterial Infection in Patients with Liver Disease

Abstract


 The purpose is to observe the effect of domestic ofloxacin in the treatment of peritonitis, pneumonia, cholecystitis, and other diseases caused by bacterial infection in patients with liver disease. Twenty-three patients with the above diseases (14 males, 9 females, age 48±s12a) were given an intravenous infusion of ofloxacin 400-800 mg/d in 2 divided doses. Results: 19 cases were cured. 4 cases progressed, and the total effective rate was 100%; 2 cases had adverse reactions, and the incidence rate was 9%. 23 patients were discharged after a normal liver function.
